To “be” in Real-Time is to Be Well, To be an “Artists of the Self”

Shakespeare said “To be, or not to be” is the ultimate question. Be Well beckons us to resound in real-time and take it a step further by asking this instead. “To be well, or not to be well?” And how and when do we go about choosing this? For we do choose every day, and this is the empowering part.

Let us talk about “real-time” which can be seen as living in the now. Choosing to be present by actively participating with our minds and bodies. Mindful of how we engage with our every movement both mentally and physically when we: walk, sleep, exercise, eat, participate, project, get angry, retreat, share, grieve, love, give, take, want, and most importantly ~ live.

All of these interactions become the stories that build our material worlds, and our beautifully unique and rare lives. So, how are you Being Well? Did you know you have a choice? A choice to choose love over fear, reason over judgment, and to slow down and observe instead of rush in? Have you learned to speak your truth by finding your authentic self yet ~ for it is never too late to change the paradigm of your life?

At Internal Journeys we believe that to “be well” is to become our own self-love artist. Taking charge of the script in our minds that build our lives each moment of every day as we open ourselves to the fantastic creative abilities we all have. We can redesign the way we feel about ourselves. Yes, our Be Well is most defiantly in the palms of our very own incredible human hands.

An amazing journey of self-discovery to create the dreams we truly desire; ones that promise brilliant returns and an instant in-house, box-office, smash hit of wellness.
